Vulva and Clitoral Women’s Pumping Protocol

Susan Bratton with VIM Product - Empowered Success

This is awesome.

More and more of my female fans are getting into pumping. And interestingly, I was just looking at my OnlyFans, and the pics I posted of my vulva pumping were my top-selling photo pack ever. So it’s clear that guys find it hot when a woman uses the vulva and clitoral pumps too.

So it’s no surprise that I’ve received yet another email (actually, from her husband) inquiring about pumping instructions for his wife.

It’s not just the men who are pumping now, eh? I’m pumped! (Get it?)

So why should women pump too?

Blood flow, sweetie! That’s the essence of life. The more blood flow, the more nutrients and oxygen are distributed to your vulva. And under the skin of your labia are your clitoral legs, vestibular bulbs, and clitoral shaft and tip. That means more sensation, pleasure, and arousal for your most erogenous zones.

Plus, pumping plumps the kitty! Meow!

Check out the email and my response below.

PUMP IT UP

“Is there a guide/protocol for the vulva, clitoris, and nipple pump?  Looking for settings and guidance for this usage. Thanks!” — Craig (not his real name)

==========================

Hi Craig,

For the lady pumps, start with the vulva pump and engorge the labia first. Then change to the clitoral/nipple pump once the larger area is engorged.

Start by putting a warm, wet washcloth on the vulva. Then get a good seal with some lubricant. Pump up just to comfort. You may never even get to negative two vacua.

The penis withstands much more pressure than the vulva. Go by feel, not by the gauge. The skin should feel like it’s being tugged, but it should not feel too tight or uncomfortable.

You can increase the pressure as the skin adjusts and the vacuum draws blood in. Let it adjust. Repeat as many times as you’d like but be VERY careful not to over-pump. Hold the pump on the vulva for up to ten minutes. Release. Massage. Then move to the clitoral pump. The same thing… slowly add vacuum as the tissue adjusts and engorges.

Over time, you’ll notice increased engorgement as new capillaries grow into the expanded tissue. This will help increase overall engorgement and plumping of the tissue and enlarge the clitoral shaft, both in length and circumference. With time and consistent pumping, the labia will blossom, and the clitoris will become meatier and more responsive.

Blood flow from pumping may be improved when combined with FLOW, our Nitric Oxide booster. Try it out, and get the red light vaginal therapy device called the VFit Gold (VSculpt in Canada).

I suggest you begin by massaging the outer vulva and clitoral area with the new wand I can’t stop raving about. That’s the wand I’m holding in these pictures.

A Yoni massage is also a great way to start, end, or both.

Send pics if your wife is willing.

Ask me anything anytime.
